If you are looking up reviews before choosing an agency, you are already doing the right thing. The catch is that reviews in this industry are unusually hard to read. Many creators do not want to post publicly about their work, so the people who do post are not always a representative sample.
Below is a practical method for reading what you find, followed by the kind of proof that actually tells you something, including our own.
Why OnlyFans agency reviews are tricky
- Few creators post. Privacy matters in this work, so satisfied creators often stay quiet. That makes review counts small and easy to skew.
- Not every reviewer is a creator. Employees, chatters, friends and recruiters can all leave reviews.
- Stars measure mood, not money. A five-star review that says "great team!" tells you nothing about your earnings or your contract.
- Agencies market themselves. Many "best agency" lists are written by agencies or directories with a commercial interest.
In our assessment, the most useful approach is to treat reviews as leads and then verify them against documents: the contract, payout statements and the account setup.
How to read Trustpilot
Trustpilot is where most agencies collect reviews. It is helpful, as long as you know what it does and does not check. According to Trustpilot's own notes on company pages, it does not fact-check reviews, it may label a review as "Verified" when it can confirm a business interaction took place, and companies are not allowed to offer incentives or pay to hide reviews. Its reviewer guidelines also exclude people with a special relationship to the business, such as owners, employees or competitors.
- How many reviews are there? With only a handful, one or two can swing the score.
- When were they posted? Dozens in the same week, followed by silence, deserves a closer look.
- Are they specific? Real reviews often mention concrete things: reporting, chatting, response times, what happened when something went wrong.
- Read the one- and two-star reviews first. Are the complaints about money, contracts or account access? Those are the ones that matter.
- How does the company respond to criticism? Calm and specific is a good sign. Threats or attacks on the reviewer are not.
- Are reviews labeled "Verified," and does the page note whether the company invites reviews?
Reddit: useful for patterns, risky for facts
Reddit can surface problems early, because people post when something goes wrong. It also has pitfalls you should know about:
- Anonymous claims are unverifiable. You usually cannot confirm that the poster worked with the agency at all.
- Recruiters post too. Some "honest recommendation" threads are written by people who benefit from the recommendation.
- Competitors post too. A single angry post can be genuine, or it can be a rival.
- Old threads age badly. An agency can change ownership, staff or terms over a couple of years.
What Reddit is good for: repetition. If several unconnected people describe the same specific problem, such as withheld payouts, locked accounts or exit fees, take it seriously and ask the agency about it directly.
What the FTC says about reviews and testimonials
US law gives you some backup here. Two sets of FTC rules are relevant when an agency shows you reviews or success stories:
- The Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule (in effect since October 21, 2024) prohibits fake or false reviews and testimonials, buying reviews that must express a particular sentiment, undisclosed reviews by company insiders, misrepresenting a company-controlled review site as independent, suppressing reviews through intimidation or false accusations, and fake indicators of social media influence such as bot followers. Courts can impose civil penalties for knowing violations.
- The Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255, revised 2023) say endorsements must reflect the endorser's honest opinion and that material connections, like payment or employment, should be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. If a testimonial shows exceptional results, the ad generally needs to show what people can generally expect, unless the advertiser can prove the result is typical.
That last point is worth remembering. When an agency shows you its best creator's month, the honest move is to say it is not typical. If it does not, ask.

Better than reviews: ask for proof
Reviews tell you how people felt. Documents tell you what happened. Ask any agency you are considering for:
- Anonymized payout statements from OnlyFans, with names, usernames and faces removed, showing monthly earnings.
- A before-and-after for at least one creator: where the account started and where it is now.
- Context: is this example typical or exceptional? How many creators earn in that range?
- A conversation with a current creator, if one is willing.
- The contract, before you commit to anything. Our checklist of OnlyFans agency red flags shows what to look for.
Be wary of screenshots that crop out dates, show only one day, or come from a different platform than the one the agency manages.
Vierra's results: real statements, individual cases
Here is what we can show. These are real, anonymized OnlyFans statements of individual creators we manage, showing net monthly earnings. Names and identifying details are removed.

Real, redacted OnlyFans payout statements of individual creators. Individual cases, not averages.
| What the statement shows | Month |
|---|---|
| $213,724 net monthly earnings, one creator | March 2026 |
| $89,322 net monthly earnings, one creator | December 2025 |
| $36,142 net monthly earnings, one creator | January 2026 |
| $17,501 net monthly earnings, one creator | June 2025 |
| One creator from $241 to $5,338 | January to February 2026 |
| $10,882 in one month, only $334 of it from subscriptions | April 2026 |
The last example is the one we find most instructive for new creators: the large majority of that month came from messages, pay-per-view content and tips, not subscriptions. That is why chatting is a core part of our work.
By our own figures, Vierra Studios (active since 2022) works with 60+ creators, has generated over €11.8 million in revenue for creators and has reached over 930 million social media views.
What you can verify about us
Numbers are only half of it. Here is what Vierra commits to on its website, and what you can check in your own account if you work with us:
- No costs upfront. We are performance-based and only earn when you earn. More on that in our guide to what OnlyFans agencies charge.
- Month-to-month, no cancellation fee.
- The account belongs to you, and payouts go directly from OnlyFans to you.
- Weekly reports, which you can compare against your own OnlyFans dashboard.
Our legal entity is VIERRASOLUTIONS LLC (Florida). We only work with creators who show their face, and you must be 18 or older. If you are new to all of this, start with OnlyFans agencies for beginners, see how we work on the Vierra homepage, or apply in about two minutes. You can also find us on Instagram at @vierra.studios.
A note on taxes
If you are comparing earnings screenshots, remember that payout statements are not take-home pay. US creators generally owe income tax plus self-employment tax, which the IRS lists at 15.3%. If you receive a Form 1099-NEC or 1099-K, compare it with your own OnlyFans statements before filing. This is not tax advice; talk to a CPA or enrolled agent.

FAQ
Are Trustpilot reviews for OnlyFans agencies reliable?
They are a starting point, not proof. Trustpilot says it does not fact-check reviews and only labels a review as verified when it can confirm a business interaction took place. Look at the number of reviews, the dates, the detail in them, and how the company answers negative ones.
Can I trust Reddit for OnlyFans agency reviews?
Reddit is useful for spotting patterns, especially repeated complaints about the same agency. But posts are anonymous, hard to verify, and recruiters or competitors can post too. Treat single posts as leads to check, not as facts.
Are fake reviews illegal in the US?
The FTC's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials, in effect since October 21, 2024, prohibits fake or false reviews, buying reviews that must express a particular sentiment, undisclosed insider reviews and fake social media indicators. Courts can impose civil penalties for knowing violations.
What proof should I ask an OnlyFans agency for?
Ask for anonymized OnlyFans payout statements, with names and identifying details removed, that show monthly earnings over time. Ask whether the examples are typical or exceptional, and ask to speak with a current creator.
Are Vierra's results typical?
No, and we say so. The statements on this page are individual cases, not averages. Results depend on content, consistency, niche and time, and many accounts grow more slowly.
